Twin City Hub piloted AI Change Academy
The main objective of this activity, conducted between March and June 2026, was to test the AI Change Academy under real conditions with a small pilot group before the official rollout. Seven modules were delivered to a pilot cohort of employees and managers from Slovak SMEs (recruited from January 2026, programme start in March 2026), using the intended blended-learning format of live online sessions, self-paced learning phases and hands-on exercises, conducted in English as the common course language.
The pilot served to validate the content fit and difficulty level for the target group, verify the technical and organisational feasibility of the format, and systematically collect feedback — via live sessions, recordings, transcripts, session notes and a structured final evaluation — in order to identify improvement potential in didactics, content and delivery.
All set for roll-out!
The outcome is validated course content for all modules, with weaknesses identified and translated into concrete, largely already implemented adjustments; a full pilot documentation set (recordings, transcripts, session notes, attendance records) in the central working folder; and a set of recommendations for content, didactics and delivery ahead of the official rollout.
