Helping Austrian and Slovak hardware startups grow
On 29 January 2026, the first sprint of the Sprint & Roadshow Series within the Twin City Future Innovation Manufacturing Hub (2C FIMH) project has officially kicked off at the accent Makerspace in Tulln an der Donau, Austria.
Relevance for Twin City Hub
The first part of the Series started with a Human-Centered Design Thinking workshop, led by Jonas Philipp Vallentin, setting a solid foundation for the 5-part prototyping sprint phase.
The goal was clear: move forward with a strong, user-centered concept — not assumptions.
By focusing on real user needs, clear problem definitions and hands-on collaboration, the sprint created a strong entry point into structured prototyping and implementation. Twin City Hub approaches future incubation in a practical and focused way, targeting hardware and manufacturing startups.
