Our work packages at a glance

We have divided all planned project activities into 5 work packages.

WP 1 – Future XBorder innovation strategy – Production

Overall coordination of all work packages, organization of fact-finding missions, memorandum of understanding for political decision-makers, integration of the results into a handbook with recommendations for the cross-border innovation strategy.

WP 2 – Future incubation

Analysis of the incubator and accelerator landscape, development of a model for cross-border cooperation, pilot activities and training, roadshows and sprints, evaluation of activities, call system for startups, creation of a toolbox for future incubation.

WP 3 – Future workforce

Analysis of educational practices, creation of an innovation integration model, call system for EduTech start-ups, selection and implementation of cross-border training programs, creation of a toolbox for the future workforce.

WP 4 – Companies of the future

Tender system for companies and start-ups, cross-border implementation of the IMM concept, development of a brand, creation of a toolbox for companies of the future.

WP 5 – 2C Future Innovation Manufacturing Hub Community

Development of participatory quadruple helix communication concepts, establishment and implementation of various working and ERFA groups on AI, data exchange, circular economy, innovation strategy, monitoring and knowledge storage from work packages 2-4.
